Director of Client Experiences
We are FIXING healthcare!
Life Aligned Wellness Center, a very busy chiropractic wellness center in Tucson is seeking a motivated achiever to join our team full time. Our facility is known for our friendly, outgoing, and professional team which begins with the front desk. You will have the opportunity to work with the most wonderful practice members and team members in the world!
The right person this position will align with our mission and passion for fixing a broken healthcare system and making a measurable difference in our community.

Key responsibilities in this position
Creating and maintaining exceptional practice member experiences/relationships
Creating appointment schedules for practice members and keeping them on track
Directing the office flow to keep on schedule and running efficiently – team and practice members
Preparing and maintaining accurate patient files, accounts/ledgers
Identify and collect on practice member account balances
Sales and marketing of the practice products and services
Our hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
